ARTERIA. Development of a collaborative digital platform for the improvement of fashion product management in the multi-brand sales channel.

Clúster Català de la Moda (Modacc)

The project for the development of a collaborative digital platform aims to provide a solution to product management and stock management for the online sales channel in multiple third-party points of sale.

The multi-brand channel requires constant and fluid communication between the supplier -in the ARTERIA project the beneficiary SMEs-, the customer -multi-brand-. The flow of orders between the supplier and the multiple marketplaces in which it sells the product, cause the need to have a real-time warehouse management, as well as a control at the highest level of detail of the flows of incoming and outgoing products, of the invoices generated, of the returns and the consequent return to the warehouse stock.

In addition, multi-brand customers need to be able to access the brand's catalog to place their orders. In an increasingly visual world, brands need to be able to display their products in digital format, as if it were a website or a social network.

This flow of inputs and outputs of each of the beneficiary companies of the project against a multitude of multi-brand companies, each with a different work system, makes it necessary to have a platform that is articulated as a bi-directional communication system that unifies the commercial operations between supplier-multiclient/marketplace, which integrates all systems of orders, payments, returns, in a single platform that facilitates interactions while improving the efficiency of the commercial and logistics departments of the beneficiary companies of the project in the first instance and the cluster in the medium term.

This project will cover the need for an efficient, dynamic, visual inter-company platform that provides a quick response to the communication between the brand and a large number of multi-brand customers and allows unifying warehouse management for multi-brand as well as for Marketplace, shopping centers and department stores, obtaining bi-directional information in real time.

Participants: Modacc, Asecom, Boboli, Simorra i Estilmar.

Funded by: Innovative Business Groupings Support Program of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism.

Results: The project will result in a responsive, modern, visual, collaborative B2B web platform that facilitates bidirectional communication of the entire commercial value chain and that integrates with the commercial, financial and logistics management system of the beneficiary companies.
